The home check keeps nothing
Answers you give in the home check are processed in your own browser. They are not sent to AirVexo or to anyone else, are not written to cookies, and disappear when you clear them or close the page.
What our forms collect
The Text updates form asks for your name, email address, mobile number, ZIP code and the kind of system that heats your home. The Contact form asks for your name, email address, a topic, your message and, if you choose, a mobile number.
With each form we also keep a consent record: the time it was sent, the page it came from, your IP address and your browser type.
How we use it
We use your details to send the reminders and guides you asked for, to reply to your messages, and to keep proof of your consent. They are used for nothing beyond that.
Your mobile number and text consent
Your mobile information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP to any text to end them. Everything else about our messages is in the SMS terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while you remain signed up or while we are answering you. When you ask us to remove them, we delete them within thirty days, except the record of your consent and of any opt-out, which we keep for as long as we may need to show it.
Your choices and rights
Ask us at any time for a copy of the details we hold about you, for a correction, or for deletion, by email or phone. We answer within thirty days and respect any further rights that the law of your state provides.
Security
Forms send over an encrypted connection, and what we store sits on servers with restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, which is one reason we ask for so little.
Children
The site and its updates are meant for adults. We do not knowingly keep details about anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we change the date at the top. If a change affects details you have already given us, we tell you before it takes effect.
